Cobie's Suprise Birthday Party!!!

We had Miss Cobie's birthday party today at Michelle's place and it was fabulous, fancilious,and an all around good time. The banner hanging on the hutch was made by Michelle and I! Although it seemed simple it took a lot of time! It is reversible with Happy Birthday on the front and nothing on the back, its going into Michelle's play room and will look adorable! Once again I got to make my yummy cupcakes but today I used a double chocolate cake mix and an adorable pink carnation as my decorations!

Michelle's china was an absolute hit and was adorable!! It's a pink rose china set, so flipping cute!

So how do two women go about moving furniture for a party. Well let me tell you its as tricky as it sounds!!!! What a pain it was to move the couch back and forth but hey it was worth!! Well I'll tell you how my back feels tomorrow and if it was still worth it haha!

House Hunting!

Well we went house hunting today! And I am pooped. Funny thing though one of the most important things for me was how close I get to my best friends house hahaha!!! I felt kinda silly once I realized that but oh well it would be 24/7 craft day and who could say that doesn't sound fun!!!! The best thing about the whole ordeal is that we most likely are going to buy a brand new home and that means I get to pick all the counter tops, and tiles, and cabinets and stuff! How awesome is that! You know, I think i just realized I'm getting old if that excites me haha! Oh well Iam off to bed happy sleeping!

Quilting Mania

The first baby quilt I made!! I had the fabric and decided why not! I was going to give it away I decided against it Becca's its the first one I've gotten to do!

Zach thought this was would be funny!! I married a silly silly man!

The baby shower for our friend Maria! Penelope will come any day now! Didn't Michelle and I do awesome on that cake a mean wow!! And dang those cupcakes were Delicious and Julie did an awesome job with everything else, especially those fun games we played hehe!

The Moist Perfect Cupcake hehe!!!

These cupcakes are a sinch to make and the frosting is to DIE for!!! The cupcakes are made from a box cake mix but you ignore all the directions from the box and instead you do this: 1 box mix, three eggs, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup real butter! Mix well and try not to eat all the yummy batter hehe!Cook at 350 for 20 mins. The Frosting is my most favorite guilty pleasure and it goes like this: 1 cup butter, 1 cup crisco, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp vanilla and 4 cups of powdered sugar!! MMMM good thing I still have a lil extra in my fridge, all this talk of yummy frosting has me craving it, now i just need a gaint spoon and ill be in heaven haha!!! Happy Baking!

The Deliciously Cute Diapre Cake

This adorable diaper cake was made by myself and my very good friend Michelle!! Together we are a force to be reckoned with!!! We are always on the same level with our crafting and most everything else in life haha. We had an amazing time putting this cake together and we are both sad that it will eventually be pulled apart! SO cute,SO crafty and SO much fun!!!

The Roller Rink!

Well we have finally found something fun to do in El Paso!! The Roller Rink is a great place to go and have some fun and exercise at the same time hehe!! I love when I can sneak some exercise in where it doesn't really feel like work!! Zach had a great time holding Michelle's beautiful baby while I went roller skating with the rest of the kids.What a blast but a big part of the reason we had so much fun was because those crazy fun Wilkes kids haha!!!
